Color photos of Nazi-occupied Poland.
This is a really good idea, but at a starting price of $150 it seems horribly overpriced for a simple gadget with no electronics as far as I can tell.
For $29-$49, I bet they could sell a lot of them, and then get people hooked on buying film. It would be a really cool present for sure.
Cool. I'm going to shave my head and try to do it.
One of my modern pet peeves: people who record video vertically.
Spencer Tunick... I hope to one day be in one of his photos.
I need to get my hands on a powerful fan.
Beautiful photos capturing the lesser seen side of stormtroopers.
Unbelievable spherical panoramas taken using a hexacopter, so you can see all around you from mid-air.
This is an all new technology for photography. If it works as advertised (a big if) and if the resolution is good enough, then this would be a complete revolution in photography.
So far I cannot find what resolution this maps to.
Cool service. Now I need to come up with an idea...
Impressive video camera can do 1080p HDR video. You may or may not know (or care) what this means... but check out in the second video the shot of someone soldering. You have never seen something like this on video look so clear.
This is amazing technology: this camera captures intensity, direction, and color of individual rays of light. This means you can focus after taking the photo or even display the photo in 3D. Check out the demo and the video.
This is the future of photography... if it ever makes it to market.
This is brilliant: A "lens" that is actually a specially curved mirror that allows a camera to capture a full 360 degree panorama at once. Capture video this way and then use software to play it back where you can pan around QTVR style. Imagine this on an iPhone with touch... wow.
Find flickr photos by color(s)! Neta.
Lots of pretty side by side photos.
Extreme closeups of eyes. Neat.
Beautiful photo.
Pencil VS Camera: This artists overlays a hand drawn image on a real scene and takes a picture. Cool stuff.
Very neat extreme close ups of insects covered by dew. It's pretty amazing.
Great article. You can see each portrait and hear a small audio clip commentary by the photographer. Very cool. Link from Eva.
