Cool little tool: Type the name of an actor or director and it will graph his/her Rotten Tomatoes score against time.

Why, according to Oscar winning editor Walter Murch 3D movies will never work (short of holographic projection). Our brain is not wired for it.

But perhaps the brains of kids growing up with the technology will get wired for it.... similar to how grown-ups have more trouble with new technologies than kids nowadays. 

A graph that shows the earnings of movies between 1986 and 2007. Sure, the data is interesting. But what I found almost hypnotizing is the compelling way the data is shown in a graph. Fantastic.
Maybe we'll see something like this in the next Excel or Nu
