Surely they are selling these at cost or at a small loss.
Apple must be angry over the number of people who will gift these instead of an iPad. Google must be angry because they use Android but got rid of every Google branding and income sources. RIM must be furious because they basically asked the Chinese manufacturer for the Blackberry PlayBook's hardware.
A list 100+ of tablets launched last month at CES 2011. I bet that in CES 2010 the number was nowhere near to this. Everybody wants to make an iPad.
Review at Gizmodo: This thing is just a mess. It's like a tablet drunkenly hooked up with a phone, and then took the fetus swimming in a Superfund cleanup site. The browser is miserable, at least when Flash is enabled. It goes catatonic, scrolling is laggy, and it can get laughably bad. When better browsing is half the reason to go for a larger screen, that's insanity.
