The news media is freaking out. It's an internet joke, dummies.
One of the drawbacks of the "privatization" of the web, where a handful of large companies (Twitter, Facebook) have the ability to restrict access to the published information however they see fit.
It's unbelievable the things people will write when "masked" behind an online account.
